Clear pickup and delivery options that match our checkout.

Delivery options

These fees match checkout. We do not advertise free Monrovia delivery except under the “free over $200” rule for Deliver to Me.

Pickup location

10th & 11th St., Sinkor, Monrovia, Liberia — same area noted at checkout as Near Ecobank, Tubman Boulevard.

Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

If someone else will collect, provide their name and phone number at checkout so our team can confirm.

How delivery works

  1. Place your order and choose Pickup or Deliver to Me.
  2. Complete payment using a method on Billing & Payment (or choose cash on delivery/pickup where offered).
  3. Our team confirms payment and, for Rx items, pharmacist review.
  4. We contact you (or your pickup person) by phone or WhatsApp to arrange collection or delivery timing.

Timing depends on product readiness, location, and confirmation. Track progress on Track Order.

International customers

You can order from outside Liberia. Medication is prepared for pickup or delivery in Liberia. Please name a contact person in Liberia who can collect or receive the order.
