- Contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email about payment confirmation, prescription review, or delivery.
- Provide pharmacist support for prescription products — we do not give medical advice through this site alone; prescriptions are reviewed by a pharmacist.
- Improve our website and customer service, and meet legal or regulatory obligations for pharmacy operations in Liberia.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Staff and affiliated operators of PharMed Consultants Liberia, INC as needed to fill and deliver your order.
- Payment networks you choose (for example MTN, Sendwave, or your bank) when you send payment.

Retention & security
